What’s your Favourite Best Buy Homes Model over the years?
My favorite home for the past 20 years has always been called the Ultra and has changed form over the years. From the original Sorrento Ultra back in 2003, a 20×76 with home theatre room, came with a 800lb TV included. Then the Ultra became a complete line with customer’s choice of “Ultra room,” be it a theatre room, a games room with wet bar, or a 4th bedroom. Today it’s still the Ultra in our EZ Set line up with the most bang for the buck anyplace, which is why I have always liked the Ultra so much.
What is your most unique delivery?
My most unique sale would have been 30 custom duplex units to the community of Slave Lake after the devastating fires in 2011. These homes were all completed in a matter of a couple of months and we moved them in onto the lake shore of Lesser Slave Lake, instantly housing 60 families in comfort after their loss.
What is the furthest a home has travelled that you sold and where was it delivered?
My furthest delivery would have been a 1700 sq.ft. Ultra Multi-section home to Fort Nelson, BC just over 1600km.
