Oxford from Best Buy Homes
The home with the biggest wow factor from customers was the 20’ wide Oxford 2 model from Friendship. Because of the labour shortage due to the pandemic, Friendship Homes shut down their 20’ wide factory. This made the Oxford 2 very hard to come by.
Newdale from Best Buy Homes
The home that garners the most customers coming in is the Newdale model from Friendship. This tiny home is 14′ x 44′ with one bedroom and one bath, coming in at 616 square feet.
What is your most unique home sale and/or delivery?
I had a Poplar home delivered to just outside Thunder Bay to the edge of a small cliff. The customer forgot to tell me that part. The delivery driver wasn’t happy about it, but to his credit with some maneuvering he did it. We have some of the best drivers in the industry!
What is the furthest a home has travelled that you sold and where was it delivered?
The furthest a home has been delivered was just outside Thunder Bay, Ontario. In fact it may have even been the Poplar I’d mentioned earlier!
